Spring Break/Renaissance Festival March 24, 2012

Polly and her beautiful long hair, she says that it's time for a cut and style!

And what Polly says, Polly gets!!  Such a cute style!

Oh, yeah!

The Renannisance Festival

This is a cute petting zoo!

Scott loved this, it was one of our favorite places.

Fun stuff

Stopping to play an old time game!

Bow and Arrow target practice

This is like a pillow fight on  a log.  It was fun to watch.  The Robin Hood guy said when the boys were done, "the straw is free"  They had so much straw in their pants and shirts.  I'm sure they were a little bit itchy the rest of the day.

It looks a little fun, it must be a boy thing.

This is a tight rope walker, he was amazing

WOW!

This is the Black Knight, that rode in the joust.  The girls had to fight their way in to get this picture.  The joust is always fun to watch.

Ahhh the turkey legs.  Really one could feed 3 to 4 people.  But I made my most common mistake and got too many.  We actually had to throw some away, because it was just too much meat!

The turkey is almost bigger than Lil.

Haha, oh Polly, it's just too big!

It almost looks like a weapon!

It's just huge!

After the Renaissance, we went to the new movie the Hunger Games.  We have all been reading the books, so we were all so excited to watch the movie.  Polly had a snack schedule, and of course popcorn was a must!  It was a good movie, we all enjoyed it.

Allison and her Dixie State tennis team.  They are in San Fransisco for a 5 day tournament.  They played 1 day and it rained the rest of the time.  Argh, it got pretty stuffy in the hotel room.

Cool Bridge, Cool People, Cool experience!!!

Having fun with the group!

Um, I don't know.  It looks like they got bored in the mall, so they were window shopping?

Great girls!!!!

Snow in March?????

This is the first day of Spring Break, and look what we've got? Snow????  It's March 19, 2012 and this is some crazy weather.  The girls are loving it!!!

Fun day, too bad it didn't stick.  DeWitt was working at Valley Furniture, so he wasn't here to play.

March Fun!!! 2012

This was a fun day, just hanging around in our most AWESOME back yard/resort!

Polly got a basketball for her birthday and so Scott is helping her learn so cool  moves.

So part of the cool move action is Scott pretending to be a 7grade girl player.  He is defending her like she was being defended in the 7th grade.

hahaha this is funny, because it's so true to life.  The 7th grade defensive tactic.

Oh ya now on to tennis.  Polly's got some mad skills.

Scott loves playing tennis with his kids.

Ahh the favored "Andy Rodick" game that they learned in Palm Springs.

alright, alright let the mama get some action in.  We actually weren't a bad team, Polly really can cover the whole court well.

Polly didn't know that I have my own set of mad skills.

Oh yeah!

Looks like an awful lot of meters, wouldn't you say Scott?  He is getting the water pulled to the back for the future apartments there.

Ya you should be happy, with all that work done.  You are amazing!!!!
Lillian got her permit, so now she is a legal driver!!  She is actually very good, and confident.

Polly the supportive sister,  and the happy Lil.

This is the Priest/Laurel formal that the church puts on once a year.  So it's pretty much like prom, just Mormon style

Polly trying out the dessert

Puzzle time.  Sunday afternoon  with Savannah.

And Grandma Sherry

Lillian playing some tennis

DeWitt being consoled by his papa.  Scott said that DeWitt played one of the best matches of his life!!!  He played Brandon MacMasters.

The line up!

Oh my heck that is a cool serve.

They are playing in Tucson.

Patrick and DeWitt with Summer Hendricks after a choir concert

Lillian and Savannah both have their permits now.  They are both so excited.

St. Patrick's Day.  Polly working on the green pancakes.

Lillian didn't have green on.  She was frantically trying to draw something on her hand, but DeWitt and Polly were taking full advantage of her and gently pinching her.

Breakfast under the pavilion

could life be better???

Our first meeting with Nicole.  Joshua's fiance.  We had just finished the treasure hunt for the gold!
