A Fun Weekend in Mesa!! July 2011

The Sisterhood.  Rachel, Esther, Mary, and Rebecca.  Just outside of our hotel room.  My dad, grandpa Biggs, turned 70 on July 16, 2011.  So all of the Siblings, except Thomas and Jenn (they live in Mexico), met at a super great resort in Tempe, AZ to have a birthday bash for dad.  It was fun to be together, and I'm sure mom and dad appreciated having everyone around, but not at their house.  Thanks mom and dad for making it all happen.  It was a wonderful time.

Bridger Brown and Allison.  The ground was so very hot and Bridger had to give up his sandals to his mom (that's what he said) so he couldn't walk on the hot ground, so Allison so kindly carried him wherever he needed to go, and Bridger so kindly pushed up Allison's glasses for her when they would slip down her nose.  What a team.

Polly, Harrison and Isabel in the lazy river.

Oh my gosh, I couldn't resist putting this one in.  This is Jeremy, if you couldn't tell, he is wearing his daughter Ellie's goggles.

I wish that I would have had a better shot of mom and dad, but I just wasn't fast enough.

Stephanie, Esther, Erika, Rebecca, Lillian, and Allison in the back.

Tony and Jeremy were having a competition to see who could throw the twins the highest.  Crazy!!

  1. Hey Rebec, looks great! A picture may be worth a thousand words, but some words would be helpful, especially for those of us who weren't there. That goes for the posts below also. What is Scott building? Who are those other people helping him? Why did DeWitt change all the pictures? What are they wiping off the sofa? In 50 years when you look at your blog book, you'll be in my position because you will have forgotten everything and have no idea the answers to these questions.
But, nonetheless, it does look like you guys are having fun, and since Mom only updates her blog once a month, it is nice to see what is going on in the land of the free and the home of the brave from your blog.
And now that you guys are comfortable in Puerto Peñasco, you should come to Guadalajara and see how real Mexicans live.
    Gracias, y adios.
