Parley Rudge Evans was bless by his daddy Dallin Scott Evans on April 24, 2016, in Buena Vista, VA. Scott and I were blessed to be able to go. Dallin is in the Bishopric in the singles ward there so Parley was blessed in the singles ward, the only baby there

| handsome boys. This was not the outfit that Parley was blessed in. He was blessed in the same outfit that Dallin wore, made by his grandma Susan Biggs. They put him in this outfit, because he is a spitter upper and they wanted to have him fresh. |
