DeWitt's First Baptism June 8, 2013

(DeWitt wrote this in his letter this week)  Also this week Lakisha Lasaun Noirie was baptized!  I was able to perform the ordinance.  I was pretty nervous that I was going to say the wrong words or slip and drop her but all went really well!  I even pronounced her french name correctly!  That semester of french wasn't a waste after all!  after the baptizim I talked to her husband Alex about the importance of families and the blessing of the Priesthood within the family.  He will come around but he is not ready yet.

Kesha and Elder Evans June 8, 2013

DeWitt is the regular "lawn mower" for this house.  I'm not sure how he got the job, but I know that he loves it!!  He says that's one thing that he really misses is mowing the lawns.

I sent DeWitt some soft insoles for his shoes, and he cut them to fit and this is what he and Elder Bishop did with the leftovers!!!
